old coffee maker. how to use it?
okay. i found an old uhh Mr. Coffee Machine my mom use to use.
i dont have a camera so this is what it looks like :

i'm sure that it can still make decent coffee. so this is my first time using a coffe machine so im note entirely sure how to work it.
so i open the top pour in wwater
close cap
and select coffee icon on the dial on the left of the machine.
then i take this neat little spoon it comes with and put coffee into that littlle handle thing
then i lock it into place
then let it brew
right?
so then whats that thing that emits steam used for? cleaning cups?
also on the top cap it says do not open cap until all pressure is realeased
so can i manually release the pressure?
also if oyu recognize this model pleae tell me the model number and any other instructions that i may need.
also if there are any tips to make good coffee with this type of maachine please tell me.

That's an espresso maker, not a drip coffee maker. The steam thing is for steaming milk for latte and cappuccino Put a bit of milk in a mug, then hold it under the steam thing so it dips just under the surface of the milk. Move it around.
Definitely do not open it once you've turned it on. You will get a very severe burn. Let it run its course until all the water turns to steam and all the coffee comes out. Then let it cool completely before opening the top.
You can also release steam through the side steam thing. But, again, do not open the top until it is fully cooled.

Coffee Maker is available in all Indian Stores.( Name is Coffee Filter -Stainles Steel)
Method of Preparation of coffee
Buy Coffee Powder in market and keep in your House. Whenever you want Boil Water. Put two or three Spoon of Coffee Powder( Strong or Mild as per your taste) in Filter and add Boil Water in Top of Filter.
Slowley coffee extract will store in Bottom Part of Filter.
Now your Coffee extract is ready. You can mix with Milk ( Boiled) and sugar and stir well before drink.
