What should I include in the COFFEE gift BASKET?
I want to give my friend a coffee gift basket since he LOVES coffee. I looked online and to buy one is way too expensive. A small gift basket is like $60.

I want to make it myself. What can I put in it and how do I make it look pretty?

Try to include coffee.
- Coffee, and maybe some tea too if they're flexible
- A nice mug/thermos
- A type of syrup. You know like the syrups they put into drinks at Starbucks that make their coffee flavors taste unique? You can just buy the syrup and add it into regular coffee to have the same taste and the bottle of syrup is only like $10. Nice addition.

Shredded tissue paper at the bottom of the basket, and just wrap the basket if you want to in clear plastic. Tie a nice tiny card to the handle :)
Put in a couple bags of gourmet coffee. Look for deals at the grocery store for these. I have seen Godiva coffee, Newman's Own, and Seattle's best for 5.99 a bag. Trader Joe's also has inexpensive gourmet coffee

Get a mug of your choice, they have cute ones at Cost Plus World Market

Or a travel mug instead

A $10 Starbuck's card (optional)

A bar of premium chocolate like Ghiradelli

Maybe a stovetop italian Bialetti coffee maker or a french press (you can get a french press affordably at Cost Plus

Little coffee syrup flavoring bottles (like Torani)
Buy a nice basket and include ground coffee or beans, chocolate powder to sprinkle over the top (you can buy this in the coffee section of the supermarket), caramel sauce (made for coffee), proper sugar for coffee, perhaps a mug and biscotti or chocolate.
A few different types of coffee. Coffee cup or cups or a travel mug. Biscotti, scones, cookies or something sweet that tastes good with coffee. Flavored stirrers. Flavored creamers. Maybe a coffee oriented refrigerator magnet.

Don't get a basket that is too big. Smaller baskets will make it look better because it looks fuller. You can line the bottom of the basket with a cloth napkin, placemat or piece of fabric that drapes over the sides. Put the larger pieces in and then fill in with the smaller ones. Maybe put 2 or 3 loose cookies, etc. in plastic wrap.
Don't forget the biscotti
Just go by what is pout in the one you saw. It certainly must have had a listing of the contents.
